RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU)

At AVMM, we hope that every piece finds a lasting place in your wardrobe. However, if something is not quite right, consumers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.

The information below explains how to exercise this right.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire fourteen (14) days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example by email or post).

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive notice of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen (14) days has expired.

You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.
