About Me

Originally from Northern California, I have called Berlin home for almost two decades. With over 20 years of experience working with clothing, textiles, design, and garment construction, I am also the founder and designer behind AVMM Store.

I bring a thoughtful and individual approach to tailoring, offering everything from simple alterations and improvements in fit to more creative transformations of existing garments. I particularly enjoy helping people reimagine the clothing they already own, giving well-loved pieces a new life.

I now offer private tailoring and alteration services in Prenzlauer Berg, with personal consultations and fittings available by appointment.

With experience in fabric sourcing and a personal archive of sewing patterns, I can help guide the process of creating something new, from selecting materials and exploring designs to bringing a garment to life.

Wardrobe Consultation

I also offer personal wardrobe consultations, helping you refine your individual style, make thoughtful choices about your existing wardrobe, and discover new ways to wear and combine the pieces you own.

Over the years, I've developed my own approach to wardrobe consultation, combining personal style exploration with practical wardrobe editing and thoughtful consideration of each client's individual needs and lifestyle.

Appointments & Inquiries

Personal consultations and fittings are available by appointment in Prenzlauer Berg. Home visits are also possible by arrangement.

Prices are starting prices and include VAT. Final costs depend on the garment, fabric, and complexity of the work. Any additional costs will be discussed before work begins.
